BIOGRAPHY

I am a Master's Degree student in Computer Science at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. My research lies in the intersection between Software Engineering (SE) and Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW). I am (co-)author of 8 papers, including top tier journals and conferences on Software Engineering. I currently work on understanding newcomers onboarding and retention in Open Source Software communities.
